Cosmic Walk
Thank you for your interest in Cosmic Walk being held on Sunday 9th June 2024 from 1pm at Paddington Recreation Ground. This year we’ll be celebrating 30 years of Cosmic!
The Cosmic Walk is a great opportunity for the families and friends of past St Mary’s and Queen Charlotte’s patients to celebrate our fantastic babies and children’s intensive care units. Cosmic Walk is our biggest fundraising event of the year where we celebrate all that has been achieved in the past year and raise vital funds for Cosmic’s ongoing work.
The 5km walk starts at Paddington Recreation Ground where we’ll have garden games, face painting and warm up activities. We’ll be walking to the Hilton London Metropole hotel, on Edgware Road for an afternoon tea party with a bouncy castle, a children’s entertainer, face painting and plenty of food and drinks for all to enjoy!
We’d also love you to fundraise to help us make an even bigger difference to our patients and their families. Once you’ve purchased your tickets through our Enthuse page, you’ll automatically have a fundraising page set up for you, making fundraising super easy! We’d love for all our families to aim to fundraise £300 for this year’s walk to support our ongoing work.
We send our walkers out a pack full of fundraising tips and tricks, and a map of the walk. Cosmic Walk is inclusive for all, so we make sure the route is wheelchair and pushchair friendly.
We are always looking for volunteers to help out on the day!
